Established in 1989, by John and Vernette Brown, our company strives to provide clients unsurpassed customer service and expertise in the many facets of the cleaning industry. We proudly provide tailored services to accommodate every need, every time, for commercial, industrial, and residential clients. Before establishing Quality Touch Janitorial Service, Inc., in 1989, John worked at a local janitorial company. It was there that he developed the skills to start his own company. His experiences in employee and management training, quality assurance and the latest cleaning technologies has helped him in creating a successful and much respected business.
Gina M. Stone
Gina’s experiences in working with Chambers of Commerce have provided her the criticalness and knowledge needed to ensure customer satisfaction. She makes every effort to understand the needs of our clients. Her managerial experience along with her attention to details, motivation, and training skills are the driving force for sales, staff, and clients of QTJService Inc., throughout our service areas.
Jennifer is detailed and customer service-oriented. Her level of commitment and knowledge brings a level of trust to ensure customers that their needs are our priority.
Denise has worked for QTJS for more than 20 years. She knows what it takes to ensure efficient functioning of the office through administrative and managerial tasks. She is the liaison between the company and the customers ensuring that all parties are satisfied.
Christina monitors operations by maintaining written monthly records as they relate to daily operational and inspection procedures. Attention to products and productivity must meet our high standards for the safety of our customers. Ensuring compliance is one of the main forces that drive our company.
Katina is the first person you meet when you come into the office or the voice on the other end of the phone when you call. She maintains all accounting systems and keeps our office well supplied and organized.

These area managers perform daily quality control and random checks to ensure accurate performance of our cleaning procedures. They monitor all aspects of the cleaning operation and equipment as well as assist with the training of all new employees.
