Meet John H. Brown
President & CEO
Before starting Quality Touch Janitorial Service in 1989, John worked at a local janitorial company. It was there that he developed the skills to start his own janitorial company. John’s experience in employee management/training, quality assurance, and the latest cleaning technologies helped him in creating a successful and very respected business.
Gina M. Stone
National Sales Representative
Gina’s background in Chambers of Commerce has taught her the criticalness of customer service and knowledge of one’s’ industry. She understands the needs of our clients and takes her job very seriously. Managerial experience along with her attention to detail, motivation, and training skills are the driving force for sales staff and clients of QTJService. Gina and her sales staff deliver excellence in customer service throughout the US.
Jennifer is detailed and customer service-oriented. She brings a level of commitment and great knowledge to her clients that they appreciate very much. Having a talent for understanding the needs of the customer is a great asset to everyone involved.
Having worked for QTJS for more than 20 years Denise knows what it takes to make sure the office runs smoothly and the client’s needs are taken care of each and every day. She works closely with the clients making sure they are more than satisfied with their services.
Christina inspects each building once a month. She also writes up a detailed inspection report for each building once it is inspected. She passes on her inspection report to the area managers for any corrections needed.
Katina is the first person you meet when you come into the office or the voice on the other end of the phone when you call. Katina assists Denise in many of the office duties to include A/P and A/R, ordering office supplies, filing, and maintaining employee timesheets.
Ernest Graydon, Alvin Pellum, and Gregory Grant
These are the individuals that you will see each night performing quality control and spot checks for the accurate performance of our cleaning procedures. They monitor all aspects of the cleaning operation and equipment used in the process. Each one of them assists in the training of all new employees and they provide a generated report each night.
Implementation of a detailed Quality Control Management Program is the first vital step in achieving our goals. The second is involving management staff at all levels to monitor and communicate.
Quality Assurance Levels are:
- Inspection multiple times a week by the zone manager;
- Monthly inspection by the General Manager of Operations;
- Unannounced visits by the General Manager of Operations;
- Periodic surveys by the Quality Assurance Representative, on a schedule tailored to the needs of the facility.
