Implementation of a detailed Quality Control Management Program is the first vital step in achieving our goals. The second is involving management staff at all levels to monitor and communicate. 

Quality Assurance Levels are:

  • Inspection multiple times a week by the zone manager;
  • Monthly inspection by the General Manager of Operations;
  • Unannounced visits by the General Manager of Operations;
  • Periodic surveys by the Quality Assurance Representative, on a schedule tailored to the needs of the facility.
